Carterco Open Mic Feb 13th

We will be offering free recording time at our recording studio as part of a series we call Carterco Open Mic. The next Carterco Open Mic will be Monday, Feb 13th at 9pm.

Our approach is like a mix between studio time, a traditional open mic and maybe a little interview show. Each performer is given time for two songs (on guitar, one of our keyed instruments or any other instrument you bring with you). We will record each performance with our studio microphones, giving you outstanding studio quality. After a couple day’s we’ll provide you with high quality wav files of your performance.

Hear your vocals through a Neumann U87, into an original 1965 LA2A compressor with some reverb from our 150 sq/ft concrete acoustic reverb chamber into the latest version of Pro Tools. That’s just an example of the sort of fun that can be had at Carterco Recording.
